1、 If the gear pump does not produce oil, the first step is to check whether the rotation direction of the wheel pump is correct. We all know that the wheel pump has left and right rotation. If the rotation direction is incorrect, there may be some volume differences that cause the oil seal to be damaged and leak oil; On the other hand, you can check if there is any blockage in the oil inlet port of the gear pump.
2、 The oil seal is flushed out, which may be due to incorrect rotation of the pump, resulting in high-pressure oil directly flowing to the oil seal; Or the gear pump bearing is subjected to axial force; It is also possible that the gear pump is subjected to excessive radial force.
3、 The flow rate of the gear pump cannot meet the standard, which may be due to the dirty oil inlet filter element and insufficient oil suction; It is also possible that the oil suction pipe is too thin, causing high oil suction resistance; It may even be due to air leakage at the oil suction port joint, causing insufficient oil suction in the oil pump.
